For Riders
How do I book a ride?
Download the SafiRide app, create an account, enter your destination, and select your preferred ride option.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept M-Pesa, credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and cash payments for your convenience.
How do I track my ride?
Once your ride is confirmed, you can track your driver's location in real-time through the app.
Is SafiRide safe?
Yes, all our drivers are verified, background-checked, and our platform includes multiple safety features.

How do I become a driver?
Apply online, submit required documents, complete background check, and download the driver app.
What are the vehicle requirements?
Your vehicle must be 8 years or newer, well-maintained, with valid insurance and registration.
How do I get paid?
Earnings are paid weekly directly to your M-Pesa account every Monday.
What is the SafiRide Commission?
SafiRide takes a 15% commission from each ride, with the remaining 85% going to the driver.
